Plastisols
Plastisol is a physical mixture of vinyl resins and compatible plasticizers. Unlike most fluid materials they consist of 100 % solids and do not require the evaporation of solvents or water. Fusion at elevated temperatures drives the plasticizer into the resin and changes the plastisol into a homogeneous solid plastic material with the same excellent physical properties commonly associated with other vinyls - flexibility, toughness, abrasion and chemical resistance, unlimited colour possibilities and excellent resistance to ageing.
